He dose not only help us getting a house we like, he also helps us to get a loan and a good assessor to assess the property, so the lender would give us the loan without paying out of the pocket to cover the difference when the property is under assessment. We had an initial meeting with Gogo and informed her we are on a time crunch since we were doing a 1031 exchange and only had 45 days to find a property. In the crazy and intense Bay Area housing market, 45 days was a rush.
